Partner Ibrahim Soumrany recently spoke to Arabian Gulf Business Insight (registration required) about expected valuations for initial public offerings (IPO) on Saudi Arabia’s main market.

While the publication reported that 2025 could be a record year for Saudi IPOs overall, Ibrahim said that he expects valuations to be lower than those experienced in 2021 and 2022. “I think there’s more scrutiny and higher expectations from investors,” he said.
