IJGlobal recognized four Gibson Dunn transactions as 2023 Deals of the Year at its annual IJGlobal Awards: Gigapower, LLC, a joint venture between AT&T and investment management company BlackRock, was named the “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year – Fiber – North America;” JFK’s New Terminal One refinancing won “Transport Deal of the Year – Airports – North America;” the Claude “Bud” Lewis Carlsbad desalination plant’s upgrade was recognized as the “Water Deal of the Year – Desalination – North America;” and the Puerto Rico toll road monetization project won “Transport Deal of the Year – Roads – North America.” The awards were presented on March 14, 2024.
