Based in Los Angeles or Washington D.C., the Retirement Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing clerical and other support to the Benefits & Retirement Department.
This role will report to the Manager, Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, monitoring and maintaining employee and partner files.
- Organizing and coordinating enrollment materials, responding to participant questions, and providing administrative and operational support for the group retirement plans.
- Maintaining desk procedures.
- Providing support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Highly organized to effectively plan, track, evaluate and follow-up on multiple priorities for multiple people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of urgency around customer service.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and efficient plan management.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Experience
- College degree required.
- Some experience in Retirement or Human Resources department strongly preferred.
- Experience in retirement or financial analysis and administration.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $60-70k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
