- Serve as a primary point of contact for directory publishers on submission logistics, ranking queries, process updates, and interview coordination.
- Assist with the coordination and drafting of directory profiles.
- Support with internal and external communications relating to the launch of directory guides and rankings.
- Work closely with the international marketing & business development team and attorneys to ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm standards. Assist in managing research interview scheduling and preparation materials in coordination with attorneys and practice leaders.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies to streamline workflows and reduce redundancy across directory cycles.

- Excellent writing/editing skills and an ability to communicate concisely and persuasively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, Teams and have familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Co-Pilot, etc.
Experience
- University degree, preferably in Communications, English, or Journalism
- 1-3 years of experience in directories-related legal marketing or communications is preferred.
