Based in New York or Washington, D.C. the Senior Manager, IS Infrastructure will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing large-scale infrastructure initiatives within the organization. This role demands strategic vision, strong leadership, and in-depth experience in managing complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion. The Senior Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals.
This role reports to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress against established milestones.
- Managing project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality results.
- Coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate project requirements and approvals.
- Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in infrastructure development.
- Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices, conducting regular audits and assessments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of principles of Enterprise Architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering results.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology infrastructure management
- Preferable experience with law firm or professional services organizations.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $240k-275k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
