The New York office—located in Manhattan’s iconic MetLife Building—was founded in 1982 and has grown to over 500 attorneys and is a centerpiece of the New York legal community. We have a demonstrated commitment to advising the leaders of the business community both locally in New York and globally, and to providing sophisticated advice on a wide range of pro bono matters.

Our powerhouse New York litigation practice regularly takes on the most challenging assignments for our clients, delivering a litany of notable successes. The litigation team boasts former high-ranking prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the front line at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
