Elizabeth Arford is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson Dunn. She practices in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on data privacy, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection.
Libby earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2025, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for the Aoki Water Justice Clinic and at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
