BIOGRAPHY

Diana R. Ayoub is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she currently practices in the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.

Ms. Ayoub’s practice focuses on the formation, structuring, offering and management of private equity funds (both domestic and offshore) as well as a variety of corporate transactional matters, including co-investments, separately managed accounts and secondary transactions.

Ms. Ayoub received her Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as the Senior Editor of the Virginia Tax Review and the Chief Financial Officer of the Rivanna Investments Club.  She graduated cum laude and with College Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in three years with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Ayoub was an associate in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as a member of the Private Funds group from 2019 to 2022.

Ms. Ayoub is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
