Marie Berardier is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.
Marie advises investors and asset managers on the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of French and pan-European private investment funds across a broad range of strategies, including venture capital, growth equity, buyout, infrastructure, impact investing, private debt and real estate. She also advises portfolio managers with French legal and regulatory advice in connection with their activities. Moreover, Marie has experience advising on continuation funds, secondary portfolio transactions and dedicated funds.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Marie practiced in the Paris investment funds team of a leading Magic Circle law firm.
Marie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025 and graduated from HEC Paris with a Specialized Master in Law and International Management and University of Montpellier with a Master 2 and Magistère (DJCE) in Business Law.
She speaks English and French fluently.
