Patrick Biancaniello is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.
Patrick specializes in the formation, marketing and operation of open- and closed-ended French and pan-European investment funds spanning diverse strategies including private equity, real estate and infrastructure. He also advises on a broad range of matters, including co-investments and secondary transactions, and provides asset managers with French legal and regulatory advice in connection with their activities.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Patrick practiced at a leading international law firm in Paris and gained in-house experience with French asset managers (including in the context of secondments).
Patrick is admitted to the Paris Bar and graduated from Panthéon-Assas University with a Master 2 in business law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
He is fluent in French and English.
