BIOGRAPHY

John Cheah is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.  He is a member of the firm’s Global Finance Practice Group.

Mr. Cheah has experience advising both borrowers and lenders on complex international financing transactions, including sponsor-led leveraged buy-outs, green and sustainability linked financings, and subscription financings.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Cheah was a senior associate with a leading Singapore law firm.

Mr. Cheah received his LL.B. with Honors from the National University of Singapore in 2016, where he was placed on the Dean’s List for his final year of studies.  He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
