Elodie Cinconze is a partner in the Paris office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm's Investment Funds Practice Group.

Elodie advises clients on the structuring and fundraising of French and pan-European private equity funds across venture, growth, buyout, infrastructure, impact investing, debt, real estate and secondary strategies. Her practice also covers retail funds, evergreen products and insurance wrappers. She has extensive experience in secondary transactions, including continuation funds and reinvestment vehicles. Elodie also advises portfolio managers on the full range of issues relating to their activities, including restructurings and governance matters, with particular experience in seed and stake arrangements with anchor investors. 
Her primary focus areas include the infrastructure, tech, healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Elodie practiced as a partner at a leading international law firm in Paris.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, she graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg with a degree in finance and business law in 2011, as well as from the University of Strasbourg with a DJCE and Master 2 in business law.

She speaks French and English fluently.
