BIOGRAPHY

Charline Cosmao is a French qualified associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she serves as member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group.

Charline acts for French and international clients of all sizes, for both individual and collective aspects. She focuses on employment and social security law aspects of a wide array of operations including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer or closure of business. Her scope also includes advice to firms based abroad that do not have human resources in France, in the context of their daily activities or strategic decisions. She also has significant experience in employment pre-litigation or litigation matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2019, Charline practiced with Ashurst from 2017 to 2019, with DLA Piper from 2015 to 2016 and prior with DS Avocats, from 2013 to 2015.

Admitted to the Paris bar since 2013, she graduated from University Paris X – Nanterre with a master’s degree in employment law and professional relations.

Charline speaks French and English fluently.
