Kavita Davis is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher. Kavita is a member of the Finance Practice Group and focuses on cross-border debt finance matters. She has significant experience in advising on leveraged buyouts representing sponsors, including sponsors focusing on infrastructure transactions.

In 2025, Kavita featured in The Lawyer's Hot 100 list for her work in infrastructure finance.

Kavita received her B.A., LL.B. (Hons) from The W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

  • Brookfield in connection with Brookfield, KKR, and Blackstone's agreement on a $16 billion deal to take a 49% share in Kuwait’s national oil pipelines network, in a joint venture with Kuwait’s national oil and gas company.
  • EQT as co-lead investor on the €1 billion Series F financing round of ICEYE Oy at a valuation exceeding €10 billion. ICEYE Oy owns and operates the world's largest synthetic aperture radar satellite constellation and delivers sovereign intelligence from space to governments and commercial customers worldwide.
  • Advised a syndicate of 13 lenders on the €1.2 billion refinancing of AtlasEdge’s senior debt facility, supporting its digital infrastructure platform and expansion across Europe.
  • RedBird IMI, a joint venture of RedBird Capital Partners and IMI for investments in global media, entertainment, sports, and news properties, on disposal of interests in The Telegraph to Axel Springer, a Berlin-based owner of news brands including Bild, Die Welt, Politico, and Business Insider.
  • All3Media, a UK production group, and RedBird IMI on the combination of All3Media and Banijay Entertainment, a French production group, creating a global media and entertainment powerhouse.
  • RedBird IMI on the financing for its £1.15bn acquisition of All3Media, a leading global independent TV and film production, digital, and distribution group headquartered in the UK.
  • Blackrock in connection with the financing for their acquisition of a minority stake in Saudi Bahrain Pipeline Company from Bapco Energies.
  • KKR in connection with multiple financings, including for its acquisitions of Viridor, Hyperoptic, Refresco, a stake in Telenor’s fibre optic business and a stake in Reintel, the leading dark fibre infrastructure operator in Spain.
  • KKR in connection with its financings for Master Distancia and CMC Machinery.
  • BlackRock in connection with the financing for its acquisition of a stake in Aramco Oil Pipelines.
