Victoria advises international and domestic clients on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions. with a particular focus on data centres and digital infrastructure.
Victoria advises developers, operators and investors globally in connection with acquisition and development projects, dispositions, transitional agreement, data centre leases and customer contracts.
Representative experience*
- Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, on its agreement to be acquired by DigitalBridge through one of its managed investment funds.
- Negotiation of data centre leases and colocation agreements with hyperscale and enterprise customers globally on behalf of data centre operators including across the Nordics, EMEA and APAC.
- Development of data centre lease and colocation agreement forms for data centre operators and owners.
- Credit Suisse on the cross border sale and leaseback of critical data center facilities in both London and Singapore to Iron Mountain.
- IFC in relation to a confidential mandate relevant to the regulatory framework of an emerging data centre market.
