Gary DePalo is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn, where he practices in the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group.
Gary advises public companies on a wide range of securities and corporate law matters, including corporate governance issues, securities disclosure and compliance, company policies, annual shareholder meetings, investor engagement, and shareholder proposals.
Gary earned his Juris Doctor in 2020 from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Senior Notes Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with high honors from the University of Virginia in 2017.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate in the Corporate Department of another international law firm in Washington, D.C.
Gary is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of New York.
