Sarah Dyer

Associate Attorney

Sarah Dyer is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson Dunn where she is a member of the Capital Markets Practice Group. Sarah represents issuers and investment banking firms in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, including investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield bond offerings and at-the-market programs. Her practice also includes debt tender offers, consent solicitations and general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting.

Sarah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Houston Law Review. Prior to law school, Sarah graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University with Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and History.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Sarah was an associate at another international law firm where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and general corporate matters.

Sarah is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
