Clint Eastman is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson Dunn, where he is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Groups.
Clint has experience advising U.S. and non-U.S. companies, underwriters, broker-dealers and trustees in a range of capital markets transactions and liability management matters, including initial public offerings, at-the-market facilities, block trades, entitlement offerings, 144A / Regulation S offerings, private placements, investment grade, high yield and project bonds, medium-term note programs, exchange offers and tender offers. He also regularly advises companies and investors on disclosure and reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and stock exchange listing obligations. He has represented clients across several industries, including finance, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, industrials, real estate, technology and life sciences.
Clint earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law in 2016. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2012.
