BIOGRAPHY

Bridget English is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group.

Ms. English is an experienced tax adviser with a broad practice. She advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters, including in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations, real estate, corporate finance and capital markets.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. English was an associate in the London office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Prior to that, she trained and was an associate in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Ms. English is a member of the firm’s global Associate Committee and the London office’s Diversity, Talent & Inclusion Committee.
