Kate Fahy is an associate in the London office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Kate has extensive experience advising on a broad range of private equity and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on cross border deals for financial sponsors, multinational corporates and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Kate worked in the London office of another major international law firm.
