Nick Gilvear is an associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Business Restructuring and Reorganization, and Finance Practice Groups.
Nick has a broad restructuring and finance practice and has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors, directors, and insolvency practitioners on a variety of complex cross-border restructuring and finance transactions across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Nick was awarded a Bachelor of Business (Economics) (BBus) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Technology Sydney. He is admitted to practice in New South Wales, Australia.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Nick was an associate in the London office of another major law firm.
