Muriel Hague

Muriel Hague is an associate in the Houston office, where she practices across the firm’s transactional practice groups, including as a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance and Oil & Gas practice groups. She advises public and private companies and private equity sponsors in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other strategic transactions. She also advises companies incorporated, headquartered or redomiciling to the state on Texas law matters.

Muriel earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Chief Notes & Comments Editor for the Houston Law Review. She graduated in 2014 from the University of Kansas, where she received a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education.

Muriel is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
