Anthony Hajj is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the Finance, Capital Markets and Private Equity practice groups. Anthony represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, investment funds and commercial banks in a wide variety of financing transactions, including private credit financings, syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, royalty financings, equity-linked securities, high-yield debt securities and other capital markets transactions.
Anthony earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Florida State University in 2011.
