Davy C. Huang

Associate Attorney

Davy C. Huang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Davy’s real estate and corporate experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, financings (including workouts), asset and property management, securitizations, tender offers, defense against activist investors, and private equity fundraisings.

In addition to advising on transactions on behalf of real estate funds, lenders, institutional and non-institutional investors, and others, including affiliates of AECOM, American International Group, Angelo Gordon, Argosy Real Estate Partners, The Carlyle Group, Cerberus Capital Management, Hackman Capital Partners, JRK Property Holdings, KKR & Co., Mesa West Capital, PIMCO, The Rockpoint Group, The Scion Group, Toll Brothers, Inc., and Woodridge Capital Partners, Davy has served as the lead internal legal counsel for the West Coast region of one of the largest and most respected full-service real estate firms in the U.S. engaged in the acquisition, development, construction, operation, and disposition of real property, Lincoln Property Company.

Davy earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Bioethics degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. At Penn Law, Davy was the managing editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, served as a director of the Penn Housing Rights Project, and worked as an extern to the then-Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Davy graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.

Davy is a member of the State Bars of California and New York.
