BIOGRAPHY

Joanne Hughes is an English law qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Corporate Transactions team.

Ms. Hughes has a range of corporate transactional and general advisory experience, with a primary focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Hughes trained and practised in the London office of Clifford Chance LLP where she also completed a client secondment to a large international bank.
