Alexandria Johnson is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she currently practices in the firm’s Capital Markets Group.
Ms. Johnson’s practice includes the representation of foreign and domestic issuers and underwriters in equity and debt offerings, including IPOs and secondary public offerings. She also advises clients on a wide variety of general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance and disclosure issues.
Ms. Johnson earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2014, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Johnson was a corporate associate Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and practiced in the firm’s New York and Frankfurt am Main offices.
