Labor and Employment Class Actions Litigation

BIOGRAPHY

Nasim Khansari is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters under California and federal law including single-plaintiff and class action matters.

Ms. Khansari has third-chaired a PAGA-only bench trial with a successful motion to strike expert witnesses and motion for judgment.  She has also prepared for both jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings.

Ms. Khansari was a 2019 and 2020 National Employment Law Council Academy Fellow.

Ms. Khansari earned her Juris Doctor in 2017 from Loyola Law School, where she was a Loyola Law Scholar and student representative on the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic.  She received her undergraduate degree from California State University Channel Islands in 2009.

Ms. Khansari is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
