Hannah E. Kirshner is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
She has represented a diverse range of clients in complex matters in state and federal courts at all stages of litigation. Hannah was a member of the trial team that obtained a complete dismissal of SEC administrative proceedings against Lynn Tilton and Patriarch Partners. She also has experience representing clients in commercial arbitrations and arbitral award and post-judgment enforcement.
Hannah received her Juris Doctor in 2016 from New York University, where she was an Articles Editor on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. While at NYU, she also participated in the Brennan Center Public Policy Advocacy Clinic and worked as a student attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office through the Local Prosecution Externship. In 2011, Hannah graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
