Stella Kwak is of counsel in Gibson Dunn’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group.
Stella advises clients on a wide array of public company matters, including SEC reporting requirements and disclosure matters, insider trading rules, stock exchange compliance issues, proxy statements, annual shareholders meetings, board oversight and governance matters, including corporate governance best practices, governing documents for public companies, boards and board committees, environmental, social and governance matters, and shareholder activism matters. Additionally, Stella has extensive experience advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors on public securities offerings, including IPOs, and other capital raising transactions
Stella received her J.D. from Georgetown University in 2000. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University, magna cum laude.
