Adri Langemeier

Associate Attorney

Adri Langemeier is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Adri advises both public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private equity investments and other strategic transactions. She has significant experience advising public companies in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a variety of industries with a particular focus on the energy, manufacturing and technology sectors. She also assists clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance.

Adri has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Mergers and Acquisitions Law (2026). She has also been named to the 2025 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers®.

Adri received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude, where she was the founder of the First Generation Law Students organization and host of the Houston Law Review podcast, Emphasis Added. She is a volunteer with Momentum Education, a local non-profit, where she connects first-generation, low-income students to resources and opportunities to help them achieve their education and career goals.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
