Adri Langemeier

Adri Langemeier is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies in connection with all aspects of their domestic and cross-border M&A activities, strategic investments and transactional risk management, including the use of representation and warranty insurance. She also regularly advises clients on securities and corporate governance matters. Her clients value her ability to structure and negotiate transactions that align with strategic growth objectives while managing legal risk.

Adri earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center where she served as a member of the Houston Law Review and host of the Emphasis Added podcast. During law school, Adri founded the First Generation Professionals organization to connect other first-generation, low-income students to resources and opportunities to help them achieve their education and career goals. Adri continues to support causes that expand equal access to resources in Texas, including EMERGE, Momentum Education, Texas Freedom Network and Prism Foundation.
