BIOGRAPHY

Adri Langemeier is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson Dunn, where she practices in the Corporate Department.  Ms. Langemeier represents public and private company clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, tender offers, going private transactions, venture capital investments and other strategic investments.  She also assists clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate concerns, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Langemeier received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude, where she was the founder of the First Generation Law Students organization and host of the Houston Law Review  podcast, Emphasis Added.  She is a volunteer with Momentum Education, a local non-profit, where she connects first-generation, low-income students to resources and opportunities to help them achieve their education and career goals. She personally mentors students with an interest in the law.

Ms. Langemeier is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
