Emily Leduc Gagné

Associate Attorney

Emily Leduc Gagné is a tax associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn where she maintains a general tax planning practice.

Emily received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2019, where she won the Aird & Berlis LLP Prize, as well as the Honourable Ray Lawson Scholarship for best performance by a first-year student in the Common Law Section. She also won an Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History award for achieving one of the highest standings among common law graduating classes. During law school, she interned at the legal aid clinic in La Cote-Nord, Canada. Emily graduated from McGill University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and she graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2023 with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Emily practiced in the Toronto office of an international law firm as a member of their national Tax Practice Group.

Emily is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Province of Ontario.
