Spencer Levitt

Associate Attorney

Spencer Levitt is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Spencer graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jacqueline H. Nguyen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Spencer was also a legal writing fellow for the first-year lawyering skills program and the co-author of an article published in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change entitled “A Mile Wide but an Inch Deep: Pervasive Racism in International Football, Symbolic Compliance, and a Substantive Path Forward.”

Prior to law school, Spencer received his Bachelor of Arts in political science, with highest honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.

Spencer is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
