BIOGRAPHY

Patrick Li is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.

Patrick represents both public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, structured preferred equity investments, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions. He also advises clients with respect to governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate in the Corporate and M&A groups of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, from 2019 to 2023.

Patrick received his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2019, where he served on the executive board of the Asia Law Society. He graduated, cum laude, from the College of William and Mary in 2014 with a Bachelor of Art in Sociology.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
