Jeremy Loutensock is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.
Jeremy advises sponsors on the formation, operation, governance, and restructuring of private investment funds. His experience includes representing sponsors of private equity funds across a broad range of strategies and fund sizes, as well as advising clients on fund maintenance matters, investor negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Jeremy was an associate in the Houston office of another leading international law firm, where his practice focused on the formation and operation of private investment funds.
Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
Jeremy is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
