Robert’s practice focuses on restructuring litigation, encompassing all aspects of in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters, including liability management transactions. He has represented creditors, debtors, private equity sponsors, official committees, ad hoc groups, directors, and bidders in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in other litigation arising out of insolvency scenarios and restructuring transactions.
