Farida Ouriachi is an associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she serves as a member of the Firm’s Projects and Infrastructure as well as Power and Renewables Practice Groups.
Farida advises a wide range of French and international clients in connection with their infrastructure, telecommunications, energy transition and energy (conventional or renewables) and transport projects. She has significant experience in structured finance transactions such as complex cross-border project financing and infrastructure acquisition transactions, as well as in infrastructure and energy M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2023, she practiced in the Paris Energy and Infrastructure department of an international law firm for a year.
Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2023, Farida graduated with a Master’s degree in Commercial litigation and arbitration from Sciences Po in 2018.
Farida is fluent in English and French.
