Lana Habib El-Farra is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department. Hayley Fritchie is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where she practices with the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
She has experience in a wide range of employment litigation matters, representing clients across various industries, including retail, financial institutions, and fitness. Hayley has experience assisting in single-plaintiff and class and collective action litigations, in both state and federal court. She also advises clients on day-to-day labor and employment issues, and conducts investigations into sensitive employment matters.
After receiving her Juris Doctor magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Tulane Law School in 2016, Hayley completed two federal clerkships and was an associate in the Labor & Employment department of Proskauer Rose. She graduated, cum laude, from Tulane University in 2013.

Amanda Sterling is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
She has represented individual and corporate clients across various industries in federal district and appellate courts. Her practice focuses on complex civil matters, including private antitrust actions, consumer class actions, and commercial disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has represented clients asserting constitutional claims, immigration-related claims, and claims for post-conviction relief.
Amanda earned her law degree from New York University School of Law in 2016, where she was editor-in-chief of the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. Prior to law school, Amanda worked in the newsroom at a nationwide media organization. She graduated with honors from New York University in 2011, where she earned degrees in theatre and journalism.

John Turquet Bravard is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he currently practices in the firm’s litigation department.
John has represented companies and individuals in a wide range of litigation in both federal and state courts. He has assisted clients with federal and state whistleblower claims, and has defended clients in class actions across numerous substantive areas of law, including employment, securities fraud, and consumer fraud. He has experience litigating claims under a variety of federal statutes, including the False Claims Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Securities Exchange Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. John also has experience representing companies under criminal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

- FCA allegations against a multinational investment bank and financial services company, which resulted in a voluntary dismissal of all claims by the relator after the court granted a motion to dismiss.
- Multiple federal and state class action cases alleging consumer fraud against a multinational food manufacturer, which were all either dismissed or settled favorably prior to the end of discovery.
- A state class action case alleging violations of California’s employment laws against a private equity firm, which resulted in a dismissal of all claims after the court granted a motion to dismiss.
- A securities fraud class action case against a biotechnology company and certain of its officers and directors, which resulted in a favorable settlement prior to the end of discovery.
- A class action case alleging violations of the TCPA by a privately owned health care company, which resulted in a dismissal of all claims after the court granted a motion for summary judgment.
- An effort to force the sale of a tourism company following multiple breaches of a merger agreement by the buyer and third-party investors, which resulted in the sale being finalized following several lawsuits and multi-party negotiations.
John earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Michigan Law School and his B.A., with academic distinction, from the University of Colorado. Tim Biché is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
Tim has extensive experience handling litigation matters in federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, where he defended the United States, its agencies, and its employees in an array of civil litigation matters. As an AUSA, Tim first-chaired two bench trials in district court and successfully argued three appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he was an associate at a boutique litigation firm handling commercial litigation matters. Additionally, during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years, Tim was a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law, where he taught a section of the year-long Legal Writing and Advocacy course to first year law students.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2013. At USC, Tim was the Editor-in-Chief of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He graduated from New York University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communications.

Victoria Granda is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP where she currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barry W. Ashe of the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as the Notes Development Editor for the Virginia Law Review, participated in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, and worked as a research assistant to Professor Saikrishna Prakash. She also served as Vice President of the Latin American Law Organization and performed as a violinist in the Libel Show and law school cover band.
Before attending law school, she earned a Master of Arts in European and European Legal Studies from the University of Hamburg, and she taught elementary and middle school Spanish as a Teach for America Corps Member in Cleveland.
