Kate (Shinhae) Oh is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Kate earned her law degree cum laude in 2022 from University of California, Irvine, School of Law, where she received the Faculty Award for the highest grade in Lawyering Skills, Advanced Legal Research, International Anti-Corruption Seminar, International Justice Clinic, and the Dean’s Award for the second-highest grade in Evidence. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to Justice Raymond J. Ikola of California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three, and was an associate editor in UC Irvine Law Review and UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law.

Prior to attending law school, she worked as a reporter at a national daily newspaper in South Korea, where she covered South Korea and U.S. politics, among others. Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Diplomacy from Yonsei University, South Korea, in 2014.

Aaron Cheung is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Aaron served as a Senior Publishing Editor for the California Law Review and as an Editor-in-Chief and a Senior Publishing Editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He was an active member of Berkeley Law’s First Generation Professionals Group and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. The Berkeley Center for Business Law awarded him a Business Law Certificate for his legal course work. Aaron received the Pro Bono Honors award for his work with the Berkeley Law Digital Rights Project. He served as a spring law clerk for the Antitrust Law Section of the California Department of Justice.

Prior to law school, Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Government and Honors in the College of Social Studies.

He is admitted to practice in the State of California.

Sarah Kwon is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago in 2017.  While in law school, Sarah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Susan E. Cox of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also represented entrepreneurs and not-for-profit organizations as a student clinician in the Loyola Business Law Clinic.

Sarah earned her undergraduate degrees in Economics and Art History/Criticism from the University of California, San Diego.

Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, she practiced as a real estate associate attorney with another major law firm.

Sarah is admitted to practice law in California and Illinois.

Kurtis Michael is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jennifer W. Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Michael received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served on the Legal Forum. He received undergraduate degrees in Finance and Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

Prior to law school, Mr. Michael worked as a financial analyst for a multinational manufacturing corporation.

Mr. Michael is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

Daniel Strellman is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

He joined the firm in 2022 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Joe B. McDade of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor cum laude  from the University of Michigan Law School in 2021, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law  and was honored for exemplary performance in legal practice. While in law school, he co-authored a paper published in UCLA’s Criminal Justice Law Review  regarding the effects of court fines and fees on litigants with substance use disorder. In addition, Daniel served low-income individuals and minors through the Civil-Criminal Litigation and Juvenile Justice Clinics.

Between his undergraduate education and law school, Daniel worked in employment litigation in New York City.

In 2016, he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and sociology from Duke University, where he received both the Mark D. MacFarlane and MacAnderson Scholarships and was repeatedly included on the Dean’s List.

Daniel is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

 

Austin T. Jennings is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

His practice focuses on counseling real estate developers and investors on the formation of joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and equity and debt financing of multifamily, retail and industrial assets.

Austin earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where he served as a staff editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Relations & Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the State of New York.

NoahLani Litwinsella is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Denver office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, and he works with the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

NoahLani earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers. While in law school, NoahLani served as the Senior Technology Editor for the California Law Review. In addition, he competed for and directed Berkeley Law’s Moot Court Team. As a competitor, NoahLani won one of the top orator awards in the National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, and he advanced to the International Rounds. As a director, NoahLani led Berkeley Law’s National Moot Court Competition Team (constitutional law), Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition Team (trademark law), and Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team (international law). He currently volunteers as a coach for the Berkeley Law Moot Court Team.

During law school, NoahLani worked for the Denver District Attorney’s Office, the East Bay Community Law Center’s Health and Welfare Clinic, and Berkeley Law’s Environmental Conservation and Outreach Student-Initiated Legal Service Project.

Prior to law school, NoahLani earned his undergraduate degree from Whitman College with majors in Biology and Art, and he spent a year as a sponsored competition rock climber. NoahLani is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician in the State of California and holds a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician certification through the National Outdoor Leadership School.

NoahLani is admitted to practice law in California, Colorado, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Riley Majeune is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices with the firm’s Litigation Department.

Riley previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth K. Lee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He graduated magna cum laude in 2021 from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Riley was an intern for the Honorable Christine M. Arguello of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Arts, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University.

Riley is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado.

Lefteri J. Christos is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Denise Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Lefteri received his Juris Doctor in 2020 from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as an Articles Editor of the Columbia Law Review.  He received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to law school, he was a manager at Lionsgate Entertainment in the Motion Picture Group.

Summer Wall is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s litigation department.

Summer earned her law degree with pro bono distinction from Stanford Law School in 2019. She graduated summa cum laude from Loyola Marymount University, where she majored in political science.

Before joining Gibson Dunn, she clerked for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Summer is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Alex Boudreau is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Alex was a law clerk for the Honorable Ellen Lipton Hollander in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

He received his law degree from Yale Law School in 2021. Prior to law school, Alex worked at a political consulting and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Georgetown University in 2014, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude.

Alex is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Andrew Gorin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Aaron Gyde is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he clerked for the Honorable Laurence Silberman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Honorable Carl Nichols of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Aaron received his law degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. While in law school, he served as a managing editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and was a teaching assistant in Civil Procedure. Aaron also externed with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the U.S. Department of Labor.

He graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Social Studies. Prior to law school, Aaron was a strategy consultant and litigation support specialist in the mobile technology industry.

Aaron is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

David Reck is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.

David earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law (St. Louis) in 2021. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Law Review and served in the Washington University Appellate Law Clinic. David earned his undergraduate degree in political science, summa cum laude, from Truman State University (MO).

Prior to joining the firm, David clerked for the Honorable Judge David Ebel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

David is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.

Claire Santiago is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where she currently practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Claire received her Juris Doctor in 2020 from Stanford Law School, where she served as the Managing Editor for the Stanford Technology Law Review. Prior to law school, Claire received a B.S. in Biology & Society, cum laude, from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Claire was a law clerk to Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Claire also worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in their Litigation Group prior to her clerkship.

Horatiu Dumitru is an English-qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, practising in the firm’s Litigation and International Arbitration Groups.

Horatiu has broad experience of commercial litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations. He trained at Gibson Dunn before qualifying as an associate at the firm.

Siham Freihat is a dual-qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Disputes Resolution Group.

Siham has broad experience of international arbitration and commercial litigation.

She trained at Gibson Dunn, where she gained her admission as a solicitor in England & Wales. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Siham trained at a top-tier firm in Jordan, and has gained her admission to practice in Jordan.

She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Al Suarez is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Al practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he focuses on intellectual property, international trade, and antitrust matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Al served as law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Circuit Judge Jimmie V. Reyna of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2015 and his BA from Southern Methodist University in 2011.

Al is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.

 

Anthony Gingerelli is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Anthony received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude and received Order of the Coif honors from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Seton Hall Law Review and was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board. He graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting & Financial Management. While at Bucknell University, Anthony was a member, and senior captain, of the baseball team.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he practiced with the firm Alston & Bird LLP as a member of the Real Estate Finance & Investment Group.

Imani Forbes is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.

She represents employers in labor and employment matters, including disputes regarding discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Imani also regularly advises clients on best employment practices under federal, state and local law.

Imani received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from Columbia Law School, where she served as Diversity Editor of the Columbia Law Review and Editor and award winning participant of the National Black Law Students Association Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, from Cornell University.
