Robert Bollinger is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practices in the firm’s Finance, Business Restructuring and Reorganization, Liability Management and Special Situations, and Private Equity Practice Groups. Martin Coombes is an English qualified senior solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Regulatory, Financial Institutions, Investment Funds and ESG Practice Groups.
Martin specializes in advising on UK and EU financial services regulation. He advises on a wide range of financial services and compliance issues including advice on UK and EU regulatory developments, the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions and the on-going compliance obligations of financial services firms. Martin also has experience of conducting internal investigations for financial services firms and acting on a section 166 skilled person review under the Financial Services and Markets Act. Dennis B. Arnold is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. A member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, Finance Practice Group, and Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group, he has had extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and finance, as well as workouts, bankruptcies and debt restructurings. Mr. Arnold is a nationally recognized expert in real estate, finance, insolvency and commercial law, including significant expertise in Uniform Commercial Code remedies and mezzanine loan foreclosures and unparalleled expertise in mortgage remedies and foreclosures. Adam Lapidus is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Derivatives Practice Group and Cleantech Industry Group.
Adam advises both end users and dealers on structuring, documenting, and negotiating transactions across a broad range of derivatives products. Such products include equity derivatives, interest rate hedges, commodity derivatives, and privately negotiated FX and currency option transactions.
Adam’s practice also covers the margin, clearing, netting, and governance considerations related to derivatives transactions. In addition, he advises clients on the generation, sale, and purchase of renewable energy credits and carbon offsets.

Frank P. Coté is an Of Counsel in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he practices as part of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He focuses his practice on patent litigation matters, with a particular emphasis in high-tech cases.
Frank has experience in a wide variety of technologies, including digital imaging, hard disk drives, flash memory, random access memory, integrated circuit manufacture and packaging, print controllers, variable data printing, power conversion, high-voltage protection circuitry, computer display technology, internet security and authentication, medical devices, wireless data transmission, lighting applications, clean power generation, and 3D graphics. His experience includes involvement in several patent trials, including cases before district courts in Texas and California and a hearing before the International Trade Commission. Frank also has assisted clients with IP due diligence, technology licensing, and trademark clearance. His trial experience, technical skill, and business acumen allow him to effectively manage complicated technical cases with an eye towards summary judgment, trial, and achieving client objectives.
In addition to his experience in intellectual property matters, he has experience in complex commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, insurance coverage, and products liability. He also has experience in immigration law, which he gained through his pro bono efforts.
Frank received his law degree in 1999 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review and selected for the Scott Moot Court Honors Board. In 1992, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University, which he attended on a four-year Air Force ROTC Scholarship.
Before beginning his legal career, Frank served as an officer in the Air Force, where he held positions that honed his technical and managerial skills, including project engineer for Milstar, a multibillion dollar communications satellite system; assistant team leader for the International Space Station program; team leader for the Space Shuttle’s Main Engine program; and assistant professor of aerospace studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Donald Harrison, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, joined the firm in 1988. His area of concentration is international trade matters, including representation and advice concerning the antidumping and countervailing duty laws and other United States import relief statutes. Evan Kratzer is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property; Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation; and Artificial Intelligence practices. Evan has experience litigating patent disputes in federal district court, before the International Trade Commission, and on appeal to the Federal Circuit. During his time at the United States Attorney’s Office, he successfully prosecuted a wide range of federal crimes including international money laundering, various frauds and conspiracies, human smuggling, and importation and distribution of controlled substances. Jimmy also successfully briefed cases before the Ninth Circuit and led a successful multi-year investigation involving a complex conspiracy.
Before his tenure at the United States Attorney’s Office, he was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. During that time, he specialized in white-collar criminal and complex litigation matters, in which he obtained multiple favorable resolutions for his clients.
Jimmy received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. Jimmy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. While at UCLA, Jimmy was a member of the UCLA football team, where he was a multiple letter winner and elected to the Pac-10 All-Academic team for two consecutive years.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, the Southern District of California, and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mary Lindsay Krebs is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mary Lindsay graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 2023. She served as the Senior En Banc Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review, in which she published a Note analyzing educators’ First Amendment rights in light of anti-CRT classroom speech restrictions. She received Scholastic Excellence Awards in Regulatory State and Education Law. While in law school, she served as a board intern with the PENCIL nonprofit via Young Leaders Council.
Mary Lindsay graduated with honors from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology. Prior to law school, Mary Lindsay was an elementary school teacher and dean with Teach for America in Chicago, Illinois.

Kio earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business, and Finance, and participated in the Stanford Criminal Prosecution Clinic. While in law school, he interned for the Virginia Office of the Attorney General in the Conviction Integrity Unit. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Kio is a member of the California Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
