Melissa Parkes is an English law qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Global Finance practice groups.
Melissa advises both sponsors and creditors on domestic and cross-border real estate financing transactions. She has experience in financings (investment and development) and refinancings across a range of real estate asset classes, including residential and logistics.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Melissa trained in the London office of another major international law firm. She earned her undergraduate degree in Law (LLB) from Durham University before completing the Accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
