Juliette Rafael is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson Dunn. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Juliette represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, GP stakes transactions, strategic partnerships, and other complex corporate transactions.
Juliette received her Juris Doctor in 2018 from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. She also served as an honors intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from New York University in 2013.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Juliette was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
Juliette is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California.
