BIOGRAPHY

Matthew D. Ross is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance, Oil & Gas, and Global Finance practice groups.

Mr. Ross received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University in 2020, where he served as articles editor on Tulane Law Review. While serving on Tulane Law Review, Mr. Ross had two articles selected for publication in the journal.

Prior to law school, Mr. Ross received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science and a B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance from Louisiana State University.
