Findlay Thompson is an associate in the London office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Findlay has a broad practice, focused on Real Estate equity and M&A. His experience includes advising: hotel owners on the negotiation, amendment, and termination of hotel management agreements, including in acquisition and refinancing contexts; on aspects of the financing of major stadium redevelopments, including the San Siro; and, sponsors and institutional investors on joint ventures, fund investments, and development management agreements across European real estate platforms.
Findlay read History at the University of Oxford before studying at BPP University, where he obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and also completed the Legal Practice Course.
