Maggie is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn where she practices in the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group.
Maggie advises public companies and their boards of directors on a wide range of corporate law matters, including securities and corporate governance practices and disclosure issues, compliance with SEC regulations, financial reporting and accounting, redomestication and related considerations, shareholder engagement, and shareholder proposals.
Maggie earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 2017, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Human and Organizational Development.
