Nicolas von Wallis is an associate in the Munich office of Gibson Dunn and a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group.
His practice covers all aspects of national and international tax law. He focuses on corporate tax law, particularly transactional tax advice.
Nicolas studied law at the University of Munich, focusing on national and international tax law. As part of his traineeship, he gained practical experience at various international law firms in Munich and Berlin. He has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2025.
Nicolas is fluent in German and English.
