Zoe Wachter is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson Dunn. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department.
Ms. Wachter’s practice is focused on all aspects of executive compensation and benefits, including tax, ERISA, corporate and securities law aspects of equity and other incentive compensation plans and executive employment and severance arrangements. Her experience includes advising clients on the executive compensation and employee benefit aspects of complex domestic and international business transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Wachter as an associate in the New York office of Allen & Overy.
Ms. Wachter received her J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2019, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal. In 2016, Ms. Wachter earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, with high honors from the University of Georgia.
Ms. Wachter is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of Texas.
