Tilmann Warweg is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson Dunn. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Tilmann advises clients on domestic and cross-border Private Equity and M&A transactions, as well as on general corporate law matters.
He studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and at the University of Muenster. After passing his First State Examination in 2021, he obtained his doctor’s degree from the University of Cologne. During his legal clerkship, he gathered work experience at renowned international law firms in Munich and London. Tilmann has been admitted as a German Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2026.
In addition to his native German, he is fluent in English.
