BIOGRAPHY

Zan Wong is an associate in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.

His practice focuses on advising private fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds, co-investments, secondary transactions and regulatory matters. Zan also has experience advising on cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial matters across different industries, including private equity and real estate.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Zan was an associate with a leading Singapore law firm.

Zan received his Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the National University of Singapore in 2017. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Singapore.
