Fiona Xin is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the Investment Funds Practice Group.
She advises sponsors on the formation, marketing and operation of their private investment funds, across a range of investment strategies including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit. Fiona also advises on a variety of matters related to private funds, including co-investments, internal sponsor arrangements, secondary transactions and separate accounts.
Fiona earned her law degree in 2021 from Columbia Law School, where she was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While in law school, she served as a Staff Editor for the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
Prior to law school, Fiona earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Duke University, where she graduated cum laude.
She is admitted to practice in the State of California.
